Personal & Partner Training

Personal trainers have a lot of knowledge of various exercises, equipment and techniques that can make your workouts both fun and effective. The advantages to be expected when working with a certified personal trainer:

 

Customised programming- An experienced and knowledgeable personal trainer will create a customised exercise program for you, designed to help you reach your health and fitness goals. A personal trainer will take into account special considerations (e.g. existing medical condition, pregnancy, medications taken,) when creating a program exclusively for you.

 

Boost motivation- Everyone likes and needs a little extra motivation. Having a scheduled session with a trainer promotes accountability on your part, and can assist in developing adherence in the long run to making exercise a regular part of your routine.

Group Outdoor Training Bootcamp

 

Training outdoors has many benefits. Exercising outdoors is proven to be more beneficial for your body and mind, than lifting weights around in a stuffy environment and running on the treadmill. We spend all day in four walls at work and home so getting outdoors to train will lift your spirit. Some benefits of training outdoors include: fresh air, mental stimulation, psychological benefits and varied workouts

 

-working out in a group will not only keep you motivated it is also great fun

-you'll build strength, gain fitness and endurance

-you will be pushed outside of your comfort zone

-expect squatting, running, boxing, kettle bell swings

 

You don't need to be fit to begin with we cater for all levels of fitness whether you are just a beginner or an athlete looking for a challenge.

Teacher & Staff Group Fitness Sessions

 

Just Bring It Fitness puts the fun back into workouts, offering a healthy and supportive environment where you can experience the benefits of our exercise program at a time to suit you. How convenient to do your training right after work!

Just Bring It Fitness can run Boot Camp/ Boxing/ Circuit sessions during any term for staff after school (minimum of 6 people). It can be on your school grounds if easier or a Park nearby.

 

Need more persuading here are 5 reasons to get your school involved:

 

1. It’s cheaper than a personal trainer- as Boot Camp is conducted in a group

2. Quick results- in a 45 minute program you can burn up to 1100 calories with great exercises such as band training, boxing, kettle bells, resistance training just to name a few

4. It’s fun and helps you push yourself- the different exercises make the session fun no boring routines here while you push yourself harder than working out alone
