Tai has been a qualified Trainer for 6 years now. In this short time he has proven he has what it takes to help people achieve their goals. Being a former Rugby player he brings with him qualities, knowledge and skills that benefit the people he trains. He himself knows what it takes to get to your dreams, transforming his body from a weight of 127kg to 95kg in a span of a year. His dedication to health and fitness will inspire you and help you to reach your goals. Tai will keep you motivated, improve your technical skills, ensure every workout counts as you have fun doing so.
